We're hiring a Project Controls Analyst to join our North American Project Operations team. Reporting to the Project Controls Leader, you'll collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Finance, and more to ensure seamless project and sales commission processing.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain project schedules in Primavera and SAP Project Systems.
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between Primavera schedules and SAP Project Systems.
- Process purchase requisitions, change orders, and project invoices.
- Investigate missing financial transactions and highlight issues.
- Close projects in SAP and Primavera.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on SAP processes.
- Calculate sales commissions and ensure compliance.
- Resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team.
- Respond promptly to correspondence from agents and managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- 5-10 years of project controls or related experience.
- Preferred experience in water treatment.
- Knowledge of Primavera and project scheduling required.
- Experience with SAP Project Systems and billing sales orders required.
- Salesforce.com, Tableau, and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken, written).
