Job Description
The Senior CRM Data Analyst is an active member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team.
The Senior CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis. This candidate must strive to ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Candidates must also think strategically to identify issues that need to be optimized or resolved. The Senior CRM Data Analyst will always work proactively to prioritize resources in order to deliver on the tasks. In addition, it is important for the Senior CRM Analyst to have attention to detail and to validate data that is questionable for accuracy and to help address “the why” to support any recommendations to clients, in collaboration with the Director CRM Analytics Strategy. In this role, there will also be managing and/or mentoring other Analysts in the team.
As Senior CRM Analyst, you will:
- Contribute to analytics projects of varying sizes and complexity, including report automation, data visualization, tool implementation requirements gathering and documentation, split testing, and ad hoc analysis.
- Create and/or maintain dashboards within Data Studio and Power BI.
- Contribute and complete to regular reporting, scorecards, and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc requests) based on the needs of the client.
- Create data models using to meet client ad hoc requests.
- Drive industry leading insights and recommendation on email, SMS, and Push campaigns.
- Assist with efforts to optimize the client’s CRM business by providing strategic recommendations, based on the insights. You don’t simply provide the numbers but tell a data-driven story and will be required to present to clients.

Qualifications Candidate Experience: - CRM analytics, ideally within an agency setting.
- Experience using insights to make recommendations to clients on how to optimize their business.
- In writing industry leading insights based on marketing campaign results.
- Experience with SQL and structured datasets.
- Working with Marketo (being certified is a bonus).
- Experience with structured datasets using SQL, or Python.
- Working with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Studio or Tableau.
- Knowledge A/B or multivariate testing and analysis for CRM campaigns.
Candidate Education: - Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analysis, or other related degrees considered an asset).
