Senior Registered Nurse - Wards at Private Hospital in Windsor, Salary up to £38,000 with Benefits

Role Overview:
The hospital is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients within ward settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exemplary nursing care to patients admitted to the ward, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Supervising and supporting junior nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship as required.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Demonstrating clinical leadership and contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices within the ward.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.

Extensive experience working within a ward setting, preferably in a private hospital environment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and support junior staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice and ongoing professional development.
