What can I expect to do in this role?
In this role, you will:
- Maintain store inventory of equipment and supplies
- Sell goods and services to park users
- Provide front counter services and operate the cash register
- Oversee the park registration office
- Ensure store work environment and facility grounds are well-maintained
- Assist with the training and leadership of student staff members
How do I qualify?
Mandatory
- You have a valid class G driver's license or equivalent as recognized by the province of Ontario.
Knowledge
- You have general knowledge of retail sales procedures and practices.
- You have knowledge of accounting processes to reconcile revenue.
- You have knowledge of relevant acts, policies and procedures related to the preparation, service and safe handling of food.
General Skills:
- You have leadership skills and supervisory experience
- You have demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to write reports and to provide effective customer service.
- You have mathematical and cash-handling skills.
- You have the ability to organize work, set priorities, and complete work in a timely manner
