Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent in planning, organizing, and coordinating all construction activities on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Assist in resolving construction-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Support the Superintendent in managing project finances, including cost tracking and budget management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in highrise construction, with full cycle construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of construction management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
