Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deli Manager. The Deli Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations of the deli, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory control, preparing and serving food, and maximizing sales.

This is temporary position for covering a Maternity Leave of approximately 1 year. Requested start date is late March 2024.

Qualifications

• Inventory Control, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Food Preparation and Food Service skills
• Experience with ordering and receiving products
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a grocery store or deli setting is a plus
• Great attitude and work ethic.
