Job description

Due to our continued growth and expansion, JS Truckmart has a permanent full-time opening to join our team.  The position is Monday to Friday 8 hours/day with opportunities for overtime.

The successful candidate will be mechanically-inclined, with experience performing general maintenance & repairs on vehicles and equipment.  The ability to run a loader while our Loader Operator is on vacation is also a requirement.  

Skills & Duties:
- Experience or willing to safely learn how to operate a forklift & skidsteer
- General repairs & maintenance of vehicles & equipment (changing lights, tires, oil changes, etc)
- Inventory control of tools
- Picking up tools & supplies locally as needed
- Experience with or interest in learning how to safely operate our crusher to crush vehicles and load scrap
- Valid graduated driver's license
- Physically fit & able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanically inclined
- Written & verbal English skills are a requirement
- Ability to follow directions, with an attention to detail
- Outdoor and indoor work is required
- Other miscellaneous duties as required
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Interest in growing with a company
- Basic general yard & building repairs & maintenance
