- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Excellent at Quick Books
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, process large volumes, work well under pressure
- Customer service oriented and a team player
Primary Objectives:
- Coordinate and schedule the activities of Mechanics with Managing Partner
- Order parts as requested/required
- Implement and coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Prepare and share work reports
- Verify & receive vendor shipments and report any damages or discrepancies
- Maintain material stocks and parts inventory including allocating inventory to jobs
- Prepare and prioritize work orders and schedule service calls and appointments accordingly
- Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs and/or service.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure Company Safety policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE guidelines) are always followed

Education & Experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the service and repair industry is an asset
- Strong mechanical background in all phases of truck/trailer repair and maintenance is an asset
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience working with Mechanics
- Strong Computer Skills with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Regular, predictable and full attendance is an essential function of the job
