Job description

Domfoam fabrique et confectionne une gamme complète de produits en mousse de polyuréthane destinés à l'industrie du meuble et de la literie. Nous produisons également de la mousse assemblée pour les sous tapis et d'autres applications.

Pour faire face à notre croissance rapide, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Administrateur des Ventes. 

Poste: Administrateur des Ventes

Sous-la responsabilité du le Vice-président des ventes, cette personne servira comme un point de contact clé entre les clients et l'équipe de vente. Elle utilisera ses compétences en matière de communication et d'organisation pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Elle servira également comme une ressource de soutien pour l'équipe de vente, en l'aidant dans diverses tâches administratives. 

Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à:

• Assister les clients qui se présentent et assurer que les clients existants sont satisfaits.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de service à la clientèle pour assurer la satisfaction des clients. 
• Faciliter le processus de vente en comprenant les besoins des clients et en les dirigeant vers le représentant approprié.
• Qualifier et trier les demandes par courriel, téléphones et par site web pour l'équipe de vente.
• Mettre à jour les dossiers des clients.
• Rester au courant de nos produits et de l'industrie du polyuréthane. 
• Assister l'équipe de vente dans les tâches connexes.
• Générer des rapports mensuels pour les vendeurs et le vice-président des ventes.
• Élaborer une structure de coûts pour certains de nos produits.
• Calculer, analyser et comparer les données.

Exigences minimales:

• Expérience pertinente en tant qu'administrateur des ventes ou dans un poste similaire lié à l'industrie manufacturière. 
• Capacité d'analyser des données et de les saisir clairement.
• Connaissance verbal et écrit en français et en anglais. 
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
• Professionnalisme dans tous les aspects du travail.

To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator 

Position: Sales Administrator
Reporting to the Vice president of sales, this individual will serve as a key point of contact between the client and the sales team. They will utilize their communication and organization skills to deliver exceptional customer service. They will also serve as a support resource for the sales team, aiding them in various administrative duties. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting walk-in clients and following-up with existing clients.
• Collaborating with the customer service department to ensure client satisfaction. 
• Facilitating the sales process by understanding client needs and routing them to the appropriate sales representative.
• Sorting website, email and phone requests for the sales team.
• Updating customer records.
• Staying up to date on our products and the polyurethane industry. 
• Assisting the sales team in related duties.
• Generate monthly reports for salesmen and the Vice president of sales. 
• Elaborate costing structure for some of our products.
• Calculate, analyze, and compare data.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar position related to the manufacturing industry. 
• Ability to analyze data and clearly input it.
• Verbal and written customer service in French and English. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professionalism within all aspect of the job.
