Job description

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

•   Provide support and guidance to business Leaders and HR Business Partners on learning needs/solutions
•   Conduct needs assessments by identifying business requirements, scoping out key design/development solutions, and balancing recommendations with a real-world pragmatic approach
•   Engage with HR Business Partners and business leaders/stakeholders to understand learning needs and subject complexities
•   Collaborate with business teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality learning in a blended environment (eLearning, classroom training, self-study)
•   Lead the creative design of learning and development deliverables, including design documents, storyboards, Rise eLearning, videos, PDF guides, classroom training, leader briefing sessions, etc.
•   Facilitate or partner in the delivery of innovative learning solutions in both a virtual and in-person environment
•   Maintain current knowledge of best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design practices, and learning technology delivery solutions and keep current with innovative trends
•   Vet the quality of vendor partners and manage vendor relationships and projects, including managing appropriate internal experts and approvals

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  
•  10+ years’ experience in a senior-level role, building and executing the learning strategy and/or learning function within a firm
•   Experience driving the delivery & implementation of innovative learning & development initiatives (digital and classroom-based)
•   Experience leading large-scale projects, programs, and deliverables with a sizable impact
•   Experience partnering with key stakeholders (HRBP’s, Business unit leaders, etc.)
•   Strong business acumen – ability to link learning to business outcomes in a real-world way
•   Ability to thrive in a company and industry of constant change
•   An undergraduate degree is required; a Master’s degree in a related discipline is an asset.
