As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the ERP Implementation Manager.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific ERP project which could be for integrating and updating the organization's ERP systems. This role involves a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, cost estimates, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively manage the project timeline, budget, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of the project.
- ERP System Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of ERP solutions by coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. This includes configuring the ERP system to fit the company's needs, ensuring the integration of the ERP with other business applications, and managing any customization of the system.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Guarantee that the ERP system meets the project specifications and adheres to quality standards.
- Training and Support: Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Provide training, support, and guidance to ERP system users.
- Post-Implementation Evaluation: Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

2. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP Implementation management, including the deployment of ERP solutions on time and within budget.
4. Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a highly desired asset.
- Experience with specific ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) may be required depending on the organization's system.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
5. Additional Considerations:
- International traveling will be required; 15-20% of the time.
