Calling all medical receptionists in Burlington/Oakville area!
If you are a multitasker with previous front desk or receptionist experience and knowledge of Accuro? Then we want to hear from you!
Our client is looking for a friendly and energetic receptionist to be the first point of contact in their medical office. This is a one month temporary assignment with a possibility of further extension.

Advantages
- One month contract with a possibility of further extension
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, with an hour lunch
- Salary ranging from $23-27/hr depending on experience
- Great location, close to highway access
Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties - first point of contact, answering phones, greeting walk-in clients
- Utilizing Accuro software to schedule appointments, maintain patient charts and receiving lab results
- Receiving and securing client payments and documents
- Communicating with other offices through phone, email and fax
- Other administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
- Previous reception/ administrative experience
- Working knowledge of Accuro is required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to provide clear background check
