In this exciting new role, the
Shift Supervisor will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant staff including supervisor of servers, bartenders, and hosts. The Shift Supervisor must consistently be friendly, helpful, and professional to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
- 2+ years’ progressive experience in the food industry.
- 2+ years progressive experience working in a supervisor role.
- High level of organizational and analytical skills.
- A strong working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Customer-oriented and an outstanding problem solver.
- Working knowledge of Silverware POS System is considered an asset.
