We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Field Marketing Agent role. The ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and a desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in how to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

Who are we looking for:

3. Self-starter that can work independently 
4. Strong Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
5. Drivers license G (an asset)
   
6. A desire to be successful.

Responsibilities :

1. Create Leads and set appointments for the sale of the Smart Home Security Systems and Small Business Security Systems.
2. Represent Alarm Guard professionally by increasing awareness and becoming an Expert in the Smart Home Security Industry.
3. Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
4. Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.
