Principal Tasks:

- Order Processing: Take charge of processing orders with lightning speed and precision after receiving the green light.
- Change Management: Navigate the twists and turns of change orders and site instructions like a seasoned navigator, ensuring smooth sailing all the way.
- Customer Coordination: Collaborate closely with customers and site contacts, ironing out discrepancies and keeping communication channels wide open.
- Order Tracking: Keep a watchful eye on orders and deliveries, providing ETA updates to keep everyone in the loop.
- Customer Delight: Delight customers with your lightning-fast responses, ensuring their orders arrive on time and in pristine condition.
- Project Closure: Wrap up projects with finesse, ensuring every loose end is tied up and all documentation is shipshape.
- Continuous Learning: Fuel your passion for knowledge by self-educating and attending manufacturer's factory visits, staying ahead of the curve on the latest product developments.
- Building Relationships: Forge unbreakable bonds with customers through open communication and trust-building.
- Event Assistance: Jump into the action by assisting with customer events, from open houses to sporting extravaganzas.
- Other Duties: Embrace the unexpected and tackle any additional duties assigned by your manager with gusto.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Bring at least 3 years of Commercial Mechanical HVAC experience to the table, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
- Credentials: Hold an EIT, C.E.T., or M.E.T. certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Communication Skills: Command attention with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, making every interaction count.
- Tech Savvy: Navigate the digital landscape with ease, boasting a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and a keen eye for detail.
