Manager of Operations and Client Relations

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and serve as the primary liaison for services within assigned buildings, ensuring client needs are consistently addressed with value-added services.
- Provide thorough training and mentorship to staff on company protocols, site-specific regulations, corporate guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Identify and analyze information to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Supervise team scheduling, oversee recruitment processes, manage timesheets, handle expense reimbursements, and facilitate training programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
Qualifications:
- A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong management, negotiation, and organizational skills are paramount.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve desired outcomes is critical.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness and capability to exercise authority to fulfill assigned duties effectively.
- Comfortable representing the organization in various capacities.
- Must have the ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) using a personal vehicle.
