As Site Administrator, you will be a “Servant Leader” who can anticipate the needs and problems of internal & external stakeholders before they become problems.  Beyond being a “Servant Leader” you will lead activities to create a site culture that is everyone is excited to be part of.

This is a temporary position till December 31, 2024

Major Duties& Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate logistics for site-based events
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to either lead and/or contribute to special projects
• Conduct Site Administration tasks, such as processing courier deliveries, office supply management, site badge administration, service contractor co-ordination, etc.
• Support Site Leadership and Building Manager (external) regarding building issues
• Administer creation and tracking of yearly site budget
• Act as a Culture Ambassador in support of employee engagement

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with varying degrees of complexity and time urgency with the appropriate level of attention to detail
• Flexible, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities
• An aptitude for challenging the norm and making “out of the box” suggestions
• Ability to work within a team or independently as required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Teams Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote

Experience:

• Possess either a College Office Administration diploma or have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative position in either a corporate or volunteer setting

• Waterloo – Canada

Hours of employment:

• 25 to 30 hours per week / 5 to 6 hours per day during core office hours
