CuBE has an immediate need for a Customer Service Coordinator . You will be a fit for this role if you are comfortable with changing priorities, managing multiple systems and are proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

As an organized, solution-oriented individual you will work in a team to support our clients and their end users.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience (manufacturing industry an asset)
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken, written and comprehension)
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Outlook and Excel
• Fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Comfortable asking solution based questions and receiving performance feedback for improvement
