We have clients located throughout Calgary who are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Receptionist on a temporary or contractual basis. Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Caretaking of lobby area, receptionist desk, and kitchen
• Other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Two or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently
