Job description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Call Center) **Location:** Longueuil, Quebec, Canada

Global leader in shade, shelter, storage and outdoor lifestyle products, is seeking a bilingual French/English representative to join our customer service team in Longueuil, Quebec. The Representative will help support sales and provide quality service to customers regarding our line of consumer products.

Position: Customer service representative/inside sales
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: $19/hour + commission (200$-1500$/month)
Condition: Permanent, Monday to Friday daytime hours + some weekends
Hybrid: 2 days of teleworking per week

Responsibilities
- Represent the company in its relationships with customers by assisting with service/sales requests.
- Entering customer orders into the database system.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure order accuracy and product satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

- Must be PERFECTLY bilingual.
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a customer service/sales environment.
- Strong preference for previous call center/phone sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Time and office management skills are essential. - Intermediate level MS Office skills
