Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards within PATB, EPM, ERP, and HCM modules to meet the business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for report development.
• Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the testing phase.
• Customize and configure standard reports as well as develop new reports using SQL queries, data models, and data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable format.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing reports, addressing any user inquiries or enhancement requests promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion technologies, features, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the reporting framework.
• Document report specifications, data mappings, and technical designs comprehensively, maintaining accurate documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher Reports, with a strong understanding of report development and customization.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and testing complex reports and dashboards within Oracle Fusion applications, ideally across multiple modules such as PATB, EPM, ERP, and HCM.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and manipulating data to extract insights, along with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets for reporting purposes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and training as needed.
Problem-solving and attention to detail: • effective solutions in a timely manner within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
