Job description

On behalf of our client, Protrans Personnel Services is searching for a  Accounts Receivable Administrator. 

This is a 12-month term position with potential of being a permanent hire with the client. We currently have two (2) open vacancies and are hiring for an immediate start date.

About the role:

• Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm
• Location:
  • Dieppe
  • Office environment, climate controlled
• Pay Rate:
  • $20.00/hour 
  • Paid weekly by direct deposit on Fridays

What we are looking for:

• Years of Experience Required:
  • 1 year or more year of experience in credit collections, accounts receivable or financial services
  • Experience working with AS400 and Facts 2000 would be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ( English is primary working language )
• High level of computer skills working with Excel and web-based companies
• Adaptability & willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling all accounts with outstanding balances
• Managing all aspects of an assigned aging of accounts
• Reconciling accounts as required;
• Responding to customer inquiries;
• Work within a team environment
