Join our government healthcare client on an initial 6-month contract as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in revolutionizing healthcare delivery. Responsibilities
• Coordinate, lead, participate and facilitate meetings and working group sessions with stakeholder representatives to gather each department’s onboarding requirements
• Evaluate and analyze onboarding requirements and develop workflows/processes
• Create an “Onboarding Framework/Manual” including detailed processes/workflows so that any ISDO team can be onboarded efficiently
• Apply Primary Care & Community Information Services team standards.Onboarding framework creation and approval by VCH Pilot Rollout to ISDOs
• Using the Onboarding Framework/Manual work with the two ISDOs and VCH Clinical Informatics/Pixalere teams to onboard/provide the ISDO access to the Pixalere application.
• Assist ISDOs and the VCH Clinical Informatics/Pixalere teams as required post implementation
• Update Onboarding framework documentation as required based on the pilot results ISDOs are successfully connected to the Pixalere application
Support User Training
• Work with the Pixalere and Clinical Informatics teams to support ISDO user readiness and delivery ISDO end users trained
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proven track record of coordinating, leading, and facilitating meetings to gather onboarding requirements from diverse stakeholders within a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and analyzing onboarding requirements, developing workflows, and processes to optimize healthcare delivery systems.
• Self-Motivated works well in a fast pace environment & project group.
• Able to work on multiple tasks with competing for demands to meet deadlines.
• Strong with Planning, Multi-tasking, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, and has significant Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Supportive of the transition from project to sustainment.
