We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to work out of our Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada R&D and manufacturing facility. Co-Ops at Hexagon Purus are fully-integrated team members working either in our research and development engineering department or our production and manufacturing department.

Responsibilities:
· Performing process development capability studies
· Modifying and designing jigs and fixtures
· Programming equipment
· Working with hand a power tools to modify parts, jigs and fixtures
· Designing and running experiments
· Data collection and analysis
Requirements:
· Available for an 8+ month co-op term.
· Currently enrolled in an Engineering program at an accredited college or a recent graduate of an engineering discipline.
· Strong communication skills.
· Actively enrolled in a technical field of study such as mechanical or electrical engineering, computer science, math, or physics.
· Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
· Proficiency in modern desktop office software applications.
Compensation target: $22/hr
