Role Summary

As the visionary leader driving Power Networks forward, you take the helm of the division's dynamic journey in business development, operations, and administration across the region. Your mission is to ignite unparalleled business performance and foster unprecedented growth in alignment with our company's visionary objectives.

Guided by the global plans of PSC, you chart an inspiring course, leveraging your expertise under the guidance of the region's Managing Director. Your leadership serves as a catalyst, inspiring a new wave of excellence. Yet your influence goes beyond leadership; you're orchestrating a symphony of success. Collaborating closely with our business services folks – the People team, IT, Finance, Legal, and more – you're shaping a narrative that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.

PSC is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At PSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 208,153 CAD to 312,229 CAD.

You may also be eligible to participate in our profit share program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, 10 scheduled paid holidays, and 10 days of sick leave. Additionally, regular full-time employees accrue up to 15 days of paid vacation.
