Job description
A leading payments company specializing in public transit fare collection technology are seeking a dynamic and skilled Program Manager to join their team in Montreal, playing a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our projects.
Responsibilities of the Program Manager include:
- Collaborate with the technical team and customers to prepare for project rollouts.
- Ensure seamless coordination of efforts for successful project execution.
- Develop comprehensive implementation and operational plans.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and map their account needs.
- Act as a customer advocate within the internal team, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee billing processes, logistics, after-sales support, and overall customer relations.
- Ensure a high level of service quality throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements of the Program Manager include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant experience in a technical field.
- Fluent in Spanish is a must, as the role involves communication with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the Americas region.
- Familiarity with billing processes and logistics
