Job description

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and cooking food items.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by adequately handling food and ensuring proper storage.
• Clean and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Putting away meats and other food items at the end of the shift.
• Sweep and mopping the kitchen area at the end of the shift.
