Job description

Our Steinbach location is looking for a part-time Receptionist to work Saturday’s from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and occasional coverage for vacation/sick time. For this position, we offer a competitive wage; a friendly and knowledgeable team and a great work environment.

Required Skills:

• Office support, clerical, we are willing to train
• Professional phone conduct, efficient call routing and message management
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Accuracy, attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities are key
• Cheerful disposition, able to positively represent the company to visitors and callers
• Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures

Required Experience:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English fluency
