Job description

As an HR Generalist, you will support our client's retail operations, managing diverse HR functions. Your HR expertise will foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate should possess at least 3+ years of prior HR experience within the retail space.

Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Toronto
Salary - $70k - $75k per year

Responsibilities
- Primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Assist with incidents, discipline, and terminations. Update grievance reports and metrics.
- Offer coaching and support to employees. Conduct training sessions and feedback.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Monitor employee attendance and manage vacation/sick day usage.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior HR experience, preferably in the retail space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
