• Execute strategic initiatives to influence customer behaviors in alignment with Redmond's goals.
• Identify and capitalize on large opportunities with customers to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with accounts to develop accurate sales forecasts, ensuring timely product supply.
• Increase engagement of key influencers in promoting and selling hearth products.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key activity goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to analyze business performance and shape impactful initiatives.
• Manage brands and markets to exceed key metric goals.
• Continuously develop skills to enhance professional effectiveness.
• Act as an expert in account management, prioritizing opportunities effectively.
• Deliver compelling messages and influence sales, positioning yourself as a credible business partner.
• Interact effectively across all organizational levels, understanding and motivating for results.
• Deliver training, marketing programs, and product expertise to trade partners.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and builders to support national programs and initiatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to drive growth and key initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of the assigned market, including competitors, trade partners, and changing dynamics.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies for market improvement.
• Effectively run the sales process and standard work for the assigned role.
• This role involves frequent travel to manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, retail stores, and installation/service job sites.
