Randstand is currently hiring for several General Labourer (light packaging) positions in Scarborough for Afternoon shift and Night Shift. If you are looking to work in a clean environment and want to make $16.55 or $16.75 an hour then this position is for you. Our client is a global leader in snacks industry. To qualify for this position an ideal candidate needs to have prior experience of working in a fast paced environment.

Location: Progress Ave and Brimley Rd, Scarborough

Pay Rate: Afternoon $16.55 & Night shift: $16.75 an hour

Shifts: Afternoon and Night available

General Labourer Job responsibilities:
• Line work including sorting/mixing candies/ cookies.
• Pick biscuits off fast-paced moving belt and feed into fast-moving machines, place into trays.
• Quality control including checking to ensure candy is right colour/consistency.
• Pack finished packages into cases and stack cases.
• Lifting bins of candy and emptying them onto the production line.
• Monitor product quality and adhere to quality standards and production speeds.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Other duties as required.
