The IT Specialist/Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating between the outsourced help desk team and ERP support.
- Managing hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades (Help Desk 1-3).
- Ensuring system security and efficient data management.
- Liaising with vendors and maintaining updated records of all IT equipment.
- Being the primary contact for NAV Dynamics and network issues.
- Developing and maintaining IT procedure manuals.
The required qualifications for the IT Specialist/Manager are:
- 10+ years of experience in IT support.
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (with Nav Dynamics experience being a nice to have but not required).
- Strong skills in hardware/software maintenance and system security.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required, French is a plus).
