- Pay rate: $85,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience)
- Location: Richmond, BC (100% in office)
- Shifts : Monday to Friday |7:30 am-4 pm (Some occasional OT)

Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide documentation assistance
- Handle monthly expense reporting, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements
- Source materials and coordinate hotel meeting rooms
- Manage incoming calls and print labels
- Prepare materials for meetings
- Order office supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support to CEO
- Manage email and calendar
- Arrange staff meetings and organize catering
- Handle credit card expenses and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain office inventory logs
- Take minutes and distribute committee materials
- Track and coordinate projects, providing status reports
- Review and proofread reports
- Assist with research activities
Requirements and Qualifications: - Post-secondary qualification in Business, Administration, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of administrative experience, including executive assistant roles
- People-oriented with energy, enthusiasm, positivity, integrity, and authenticity
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with board meetings and event planning
- Knowledge of CRM systems and accounting processes
- Ability to pass a criminal check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quick learner with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
