Job description

We are currently hiring for a shipper & receiver for our client in the Dartmouth area. This position is with an industry leader in optical lenses and accessories .
You will be a key contributor to the warehouse and laboratory success .

This position is Monday to Friday, dayshift.

This role is temporary but has a strong possibility to become permanent.

Responsibilities
Scan and sort incoming items and prepare shipments for distribution
Label and pack items
Sort inventory items
Organize and keep the warehouse tidy

Qualifications
Previous experience working in optometry or with eye lenses an asset
Previous experience working in a similar role, shipping and receiving
Able to work standing and walking around for extended periods of time
