Our client in the financial space is looking to add a Inside Sales Manager to their team in Pickering

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 30 outbound and inbound sales agents, and their team leads
- Implement sales strategies to build relationships to grow the business
- Track and analyze KPI's and business trends
- Market growth within assigned territory
- Motivate team
- Hiring and training
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of B2B in a sales environment
- Experience in forecasting, planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience leading in a call center environment
- Hunter attitude and goal-oriented mentality
- Background in the financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
