Requirements:
**A bachelor's degree in English or a related field is mandatory.
**Teaching qualifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TEFL (120 hours), or TESOL are required.
**Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
**Strong written and spoken English skills (non-natives are also welcome).
Responsibilities:
**Teaching in public schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 20 hours per week with an additional 16-hour ECA/prep time.
**Collaborating with assistant/co-teachers.
**Planning and preparing necessary resources for lessons.
**Conducting workshops for local teachers twice per academic year.
**Grading student work and providing appropriate feedback.
**Tracking student progress at the end of each term.
Salary Package:
**Salary ranges from $1300 to $3000 based on qualifications and experience (12% tax rate).
