Job description
First Baptist Church seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Pastor of Student and Young Adult Ministries. This position offers an opportunity to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of our community's junior and senior high students and young adults. Preference will be given to those with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or related field (preferred).
Experience in youth and young adult ministry leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to personal spiritual growth and development.
