• Facilitate communication between vendors and customers, as well as store locations.
• Ensure claims qualify for coverage, as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate a high capacity of policy knowledge and processes.
• Cross training and involvement within various roles in the warranty department as necessary.

• Strong customer service focus
• Experience in a customer service, warranty or retail role is an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office programs
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
