Job description

Are you a motivated bilingual (Eng/FR) customer service representative looking to get into inside sales? Are you highly motivated and goal-oriented? Then we have the job for you.

Our client in the financial space is looking to add a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to their team in Pickering

Why do you want the job?

Permanent position
-$22/hour + uncapped commission
-Mon-Fri 9-5pm for the first 2 weeks and then 11-7pm with every other Saturday 10-4pm
-Position is fully in office

Responsibilities
- High volume outbound calls following warm leads
- Maintaining active and inactive clients and moving them into various partnership programs
- Assist in the processing and preparation of various loan documents
- Market growth within assigned territory

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, lending products, or telemarketing
- Bilingual in English and French is mandatory

- Hunter attitude and goal-oriented mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
