Job description
Looking for a journey man plumber with minimum 2 to 3 years of residential experience. Must have experience managing up to 3 apprentices.
Considerable experience designing drainage and venting as well as domestic water supply, be able to estimate and order materials. Be able to rough in a house and test system for leaks, then contact building inspectors for inspections. Have a high attention to detail during finishing stages of construction.
Should be able to work under pressure and meet timelines, be able to keep a clean work space, and be able to trouble shoot any problems that may come up.
May have multiply houses at various stages of construction at any given time.
Must have your own tools as well as a valid drivers license.
