We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing new build Institutional projects exceeding $35 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the construction industry, particularly in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate and execute project plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Supervision, with a focus on ICI builds.
- Extensive experience with new build Institutional projects exceeding $35 million.
- Preferred certifications such as Gold Seal, LEED, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
