EFL YOUNG LEARNERS TEACHER NEEDED ENGLISH COLLEGE POLAND - PASE accredited, private language school based in Radom Area in the center of POLAND is looking for EFL TEACHERS OF YOUNG LEARNERS to teach English to children & teenagers (some adult classes possible too) OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A degree (BA or MA )
- English Language Teaching certification - CELTA, TESOL, TEFL or equivalent (minimum 100-hour-course)
- Native level English (standard, clear accent)
- Experience in teaching English to Young Learners and international exams preparation
- Due to visa, work permit and tax regulations we can accept applications ONLY from: EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa Passport Holders
OUR OFFER - Full time contract immediate start - June 14th 2024 (with a possibility of contract extension for another school year)
- 24 teaching hours per week + lesson preparation time + copulsory training
- Comulsory intensive ELT/induction training free of charge before undertaking the courses
- Compulsory monthly ELT & teacher development workshops throughout the year, stipulated in EC Annual Callendar - free of charge for teachers
- DOS team support - lesson observations + after class 1 to 1 feedback meetings from experienced DOSes
- ELT PASE Conferences - free of charge (not compulsory, but highly recommended quality conferences for ELT teachers)
- Excellent work conditions:
- small classes 4-9 students; also some 1-to 1 classes
- very rich EFL library full of learning and teaching aids
- interactive whiteboards, interactive monitors, laptops ora computers with internet & OHPs in all classrooms,
- Good local salary - equivalent of average teacher’s pay in Poland
- Pre-arranged single or shared accommodation with stable internet in the apartment at a special school rate (approx 30% cheaper copared to the market prices) Furnished and equipped with all the basic furniture and facilities.
- Contract completion of up to 1000 USD - depending on the teachers performance and engagement
- Free transfer to Radom from Warsaw Airport
- Work Visa – reimbursed uppon contract completion
- Work Permit – covered (if necessary)
- Compulsory AXA Health Insurance for foreign citizens (or equivalent) - reimbursed uppon contract completion
