Your Contribution
As an Intermediate Technologist, you will work in collaboration with the Mechanical Team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
- Assist in developing, planning, organizing and carrying the design of various mechanical projects using AutoCAD and Revit
- Carry out and assist with field inspection and field data collection
- Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, proposals and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates
- Assist with site Investigations and studies
- Assist in the preparation of Building condition audits and asset management planning
- Assist with building energy modeling
- Adhere to project budgets and objectives
- Attend project meetings with Clients and other design team members
- Coordinate with other design disciplines
- Participate in internal and external project meetings
Your Profile
- College Diploma in either Mechanical or Buildings Systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical design and drafting in AutoCAD & Revit
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual (French) would be an asset
- Willingness to learn and an aptitude for taking on new challenges
- Drive, self-sufficiency, resourcefulness
- Valid Driver's License
Qualifications:
