Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

- Utilize strong communication skills to lead and manage a team of 6 individuals
- Ensure impeccable print quality, including accurate PMS colors, and a deep understanding of inks suitable for various fabrics
- Maintain a commitment to on-time delivery, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Propose recommendations for process improvement, optimizing efficiency and quality
- Provide insights and suggestions for equipment upgrades and new acquisitions
- Demonstrate expertise in direct-to-film decoration and heat transfers

As an Operator:

- Operate screen printing machines proficiently to produce high-quality prints on diverse materials

- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and overseeing the exposure process to create stencils
- Mix and prepare inks according to precise color specifications
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press with care
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal ink coverage and registration
- Monitor print quality, making real-time adjustments as needed
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the work area

Qualifications
Qualifications:

- 10 years of hands-on experience as a screen printer, showcasing a mastery of screen printing techniques and processes
- 2 years of managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team
Proficiency in using screen printing equipment and tools
Comprehensive knowledge of various inks, substrates, and materials used in screen printing
Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring consistent print quality
Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the printing process
