We are looking for Bilingual Sales Representatives to work from this exclusive boutique environment in the East end of Ottawa. In this role, you'll be guiding clients through their entire purchase journey, helping them select the right products and materials, and getting to make a lasting impact for the better on their home renovations!
Advantages
- Salary starting at 55K depending on experience
- No weekends, Monday to Friday schedule
- On-site in Boutique Showroom
- Hours 8-5 pm (rotating Wednesday and Thursday 10-7 shifts)
- 2 weeks vacation

Responsibilities
- Create all orders, quotes or bids in the computer, using already established procedures, pricing etc. from the Sales Manager, and ensure accuracy of information.
- Schedule appointments with customers who have large projects such as whole home renovation, multiple bathrooms, to determine their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Perform follow-up calls with customers
- Assist in-person customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably from a high-ticket retailer
- Track record of customer success
- High level of comfort with MS Office suite, ERP or Order entry systems
- Able to manage stress effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a criminal backcheck
