Our client is a North American leading supplier of electrical components, wire & cable, lighting, automation, and datacomm products and services. They are looking for someone to manage an existing account base in a Technical Inside Sales capacity. Your goal in this role is to understand the client's needs, offer the appropriate solution and satisfy the client as a partner to the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- National & local support of day to day operations including branch level
- Technical account management and maintenance
- Build relationships internally and also with external stakeholders and vendor relations
- Purchasing, Coordinating Projects, Quotations, and Pricing
- Act as a Technical lead & support for Outside sales
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Technical Experience in (electrical/mechanical, wire & cable)
- Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technologist preferred
- Experience working with Vendors and providing technical support
- Corporate account management background
- Project Sales experience a very nice to have
