What we’re looking for

During your internship, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts who deliver state-of-the-art insights and projects across market research, CX, product research, and research operations. You will work on real projects with a tangible impact on the business and the SurveyMonkey product.

What you’ll be working on

Project possibilities are as diverse as our multidisciplinary team and may include:

• Leading your own end-to-end projects, including project strategy, execution, analysis, and socialization
• Supporting democratized research initiatives led by cross-functional partners
• Leveraging mixed methods data sources (e.g., NPS; CSAT; UMUX / SUS; product research; competitive intel; etc) to help the business better understand user needs  
• Communicating learnings and outcomes that translate into tangible business impact
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and delivery of impactful recommendations
• Participating in team meetings and discussions to strengthen our team’s  impact and culture across the organization

We’d love to hear from people who are

• Currently pursuing an advanced degree with an emphasis in psychology, human-computer interaction, social sciences or similar disciplines 
• Experienced with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools used for in-person or online research (e.g. statistical analysis, experimental design, usability testing, interviewing, SPSS, UserTesting, etc.)
• Interested in research operations (e.g. developing research repositories, democratizing research)
• Skilled in summarizing data for a variety of audiences, including non-researchers
• Critical thinkers and problem solvers with a collaborative approach
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
