Job description

Are you enthusiastic about coffee and possess a mechanical knack? If so, you might be the perfect fit for an exciting Service Technician role in a rapidly expanding coffee enterprise. This position offers not just the chance to work with coffee machines but to immerse yourself in the aroma of fresh coffee every day! The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and will be provided with extensive training.

Responsibilities
● Swiftly install new coffee machines as per the rollout schedule.
● Conduct preventative maintenance on all coffee machines to ensure smooth
operation.
● Provide emergency on-site technical support within Toronto and nearby regions,
with potential national coverage as required.
● Train customers on equipment usage and coffee recipes.
● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
effectively.

Qualifications
● Proficient in servicing commercial espresso and coffee brewing systems.
● Field service experience in a similar domain is highly regarded.
● A degree in electronics, appliance repair, or a related technical field is
advantageous.
● Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting with a strong mechanical aptitude.
● Experienced in using testing instruments like multimeters.
● Exceptional customer service prowess with a professional demeanor.
● Self-driven with the ability to manage one's own tasks and schedule.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
● Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs on occasion.
● Coffee industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
● Must enjoy coffee as quality assessment of taste and appearance is part of the
role.
