About the Opportunity
Full-cycle accounts receivable (standalone role)
B2B collections for veterinarians will be most of the role (primarily soft collections via email, with potential calls for challenging clients)
Post payments
Send invoices
Reconciliations
Ensure payments are posted to correct accounts
Ensure credits are applied correctly
About You
3-5+ years full-cycle accounts receivable experience (including collections)
Basic-intermediate Excel skills (formulas)
ERP experience, ideally similar to Great Plains / SAP (asset)
Shopify exposure - most payments come through Shopify (asset)
IFS software exposure (asset)
Hourly Rate
$30/hr
