Junior Administrative Assistant

Job description
Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with filing and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate
computerized systems
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone
lines
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is
preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Sage Software Accpac Simply Accounting is a plus
Please note that this is not a remote position. The successful
candidate must be able to work on-site at our office location.

Working Hours – your choice:
8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Monday – Friday = 25 hours/week (one 15 min
break))
8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday = 24 hours/week (two
15 min breaks & 30 min lunch))
